By creating an account or using Paper Route Premiums (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is intended for licensed insurance agents purchasing sales leads and connected callers. You represent that you hold any license required in the state(s) you select as your licensed states, and that the information on your account is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent licensing status.
Leads and live transfers made available through the Service are sold on an exclusive basis — once claimed or purchased by an agent, that lead or transfer is not resold to another agent. Leads reflect information captured during a qualifying phone call and may be incomplete or, in rare cases, inaccurate; the Service does not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale.
Lead and transfer prices are calculated automatically based on factors such as quoted premium and call depth, and are displayed before you claim or purchase. Funds you add to your wallet are used to pay for leads, transfers, lead packs, and other products offered through the Service. Every wallet deposit has a minimum amount of $250, including subsequent deposits and automatic reloads.
All sales of PRP platform credits are final. Platform credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money, except where required by applicable law. Promotional or matched credits likewise have no cash value.
If a charge for a specific call, lead, transfer, or other product was caused by a verified PRP-side technical failure or billing error, you may submit a dispute through the Help tab or by emailing support@paperroutepremium.com for review. Any approved reversal is issued as an account-credit adjustment and does not create a right to redeem or withdraw purchased credits.
All services on this site are sold and delivered by Diamond Hands Financial LLC (“Paper Route Premiums”), the seller and merchant of record. Where this site is accessed through a partner’s domain or branding, that partner licenses the domain and brand to Diamond Hands Financial LLC and is not a party to any transaction. Such a partner does not originate, verify, price, or guarantee any lead, transfer, or call sold here, makes no warranty as to their quality or outcome, and has no liability for any purchase, refund, chargeback, or dispute arising from them. All such matters are between the customer and Diamond Hands Financial LLC.
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share purchased lead or caller data outside your own licensed sales activity; (b) attempt to access leads, transfers, or account data that do not belong to you; (c) use automated tools to scrape, flood, or abuse the Service or its APIs; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including contacting callers outside applicable telemarketing, TCPA, or do-not-call regulations.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, licensing misrepresentation, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; any remaining account credits continue to be governed by Section 4.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or conversion outcome of any lead or transfer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific lead or transfer giving rise to the claim.
